I usually don't even worry about my SP path in this song. I just whammy like there's no tomorrow and use my SP whenever possible. It seems to work for me. |

One way to prepare yourself for this is to take it into practice mode, and on the tiny scales before the trill, get your fingering to 1-1-2 1-1-2 by sliding your index on the first two then hammering with the middle. This sets your hand straight up for 12 then 23 on the trills. works like a charm.
Too bad the SP path doesnt play em over the trills _________________

hey, ive got two questions
1. how do you read the note chart? i dont see where you are supposed to activate star power.
2. on the 360 version, someone managed to get 250k in this song. the second place score is 210k. does anyone know how he possibly got 250k? im not entirely sure if he glitched the system, or if he just found an amazing sp route. |

1. Well first of all the note chart itself is not going to tell you when to activate SP...that's for us to decide. On the note chart the SPs are shown with stars and a gray bar at the top it. Now, if you're talking about that path Suitata put up, the blue is where you are supposed to activate your SP and the red means not to whammy during those SPs.
2. I'm not sure if the note chart is different in SATD on the 360 or not but its definitely not possible if it has the same exact note chart that the PS2 version has. _________________

Anybody else find it amusing that measures like 19, 21, etc. have 666 points? :P _________________

Yeah the way to go about reporting those would be to PM an admin to the site and they'll take care of it for you. _________________

Another mildly amusing thing I noticed about this song:
The beginning of YYZ is actually Y-Y-Z in morse code over and over:
-.-- -.-- --..
From that, we can tell what the chorus in Shout at the Devil is in Morse code:
--.. --.. --..
or "zzz..."
Appropriate in such a boring song. _________________

When playing the actual song, how do you remember where not to whammy and where to use SP and all that. I've tried it, but have a horrible memory and have always forgotten when to use . |
