Edit: there is no such thing as an 'overseas' version. All countries get these eleven tracks, and they are bonus tracks. That is official. -emptyset
I'm sorry for not providing an english link, but hey, 11 new tracks.
• Minus Celsius (by the Backyard Babies)
• I’m in the Band (by the Hellacopters)
• Take This Life (by the In Flames)
• Hier Kommt Alex (by Die Toten Hosen)
• In the Belly of a Shark (by the Gallows)
• Avalancha (by the Heroes Del Silencio)
• Ruby (by the Kaiser Chiefs)
• Closer (by Lacuna Coil)
• Generation Rock (by Revolverhead)
• Mauvais Garcon (by Nast)
• Radio Song (by Superbus)
Enligt Activions själva skulle Dregen ha kommenterat Backyard Babies bidrag på följande sätt:
“We are very excited to be represented in the next Guitar Hero game since it’s a great chance for us to reach out with our music to rock fans around the world. Guitar Hero is a great tool to fulfil the fantasy of becoming a rock star. When I was a kid and wanted to play like a rock star I had to create my own guitar from a plywood board. I wish I had Guitar Hero instead!"

I thought so too with a couple of exceptions. In Flames, Kaiser Chiefs and maybe Luna Coil. The rest of the bands are as far as I know not so well known, not even in europe.
edit: Backyard Babies and The Hellacopters are pretty good actually. Also I've heard of the toten hosen before. Some german thing. :P _________________

I sincerely doubt this is the main setlist. _________________

Well, a while ago, Neversoft said there were so many bands wanting in that bands that would have gotten into in the main list of previous games would be relegated to the bonus list this time around, so almost definitely. |

....i hope these are bonus....
.....if they're real, if not, i don't mind, nothing great here except maybe for Lacuna Coil |

Cool -- in the US version of the game or European-release only?
Hellacopters are great, and so is that song -- but one of the least Guitar Hero friendly songs they've recorded. Heck, on Payin' the Dues, they actually had a section in the liner notes letting the reader know who played which guitar solos. I'd much rather have seen "Now! Gotta' Get Some Action" or "Crimson Ballroom." |

Never heard of any of these, but that could be a good thing. Can't wait. _________________

Ruby and Closer are both good songs, and I don't really like Take This Life. Never heard any of the others, but I'm sure some will be good. |
