wow, i'm getting a cold and i can't concentrate so i might not post scores for a while. on topic, I seem to have trouble with comboing the main part of the song. I've got the solos down, I just can't keep the combo going. |

I've been trying to 5* this song for a while now (well, maybe seriously like, 3 or 4 weeks, but I only play maybe twice a week for an hour at a time). I've come to the conclusion alt strumming is not my thing for this song. Every time I try it, I can't get a good run going at all. When I down strum, I get better every time (getting so close to 5*'ing this one - currently at 188,XXX). I figure by the weekend I should have this song 5*'d. Just letting all you anti-alt strumming, this can be done using down strums ::thumbs:: |

I don't believe anyone who knows the game doubts that, but try to get a top 50-score using only down-strumming and I'll start play the song, and complete the song, naked, using my penis. O_o _________________

A 5* is possible with down strum (I know iv'e did it) but getting up high on that table will almost always require a alt strum technique. |

The only part that is still giving me real fits and preventing me from 5*ing this one is the chorus. The switch from the slow power chords on GY to the O ones, then to the double-picking, then the gap, then the ho/po breaks my combo almost every time. Is there a suggested hand position for this part? |

I need to hear the clicks the controller makes. That's how I passed Ace of Spades. _________________

202K, Boss-ome.
P.S. That's a mix between "boss" and "awesome." _________________

The last activation starts on measure 149, not finishes. That way it ends on a hold. _________________

An extra note is probably possible on the last activation with early whammying, but why risk it if you've got the FC.
This also makes coming out of the solo a hell of a lot easier. No need to start whammying instantly. _________________
