AoS-x is pissing me off

There's not one part in Ace of Spades that I can't play. Yet I haven't been able to put together a decent runthrough, and it's bugging the hell out of me. I'll miss an easy hold, revert to Hard fingerings, flub the main riff, anything and everything that I can screw up, I have. I know I'll eventually get it (what I lack in skill I make up for with persistence, lol), but holy CRAP I want to scrape off Lemmy's mole with my fretboard.

Yeah, I know what you mean. The only part I can't seem to hit all at once is the "chord escalator", as I call it. (The GRx5RYx5YBx5BOx5) <-- Numbers may not be right, since I haven't played the song in a while.

Didn't really do all that great, but I did finally 5-star it.

EMERGENCY OVER, you can all breathe easier now.

As I progressed through the game, I noticed that I felt the best when I was able to decimate Ace of Spades in each difficulty.

1. Make sure your strumming rhythm remains constant.

2. Pick two fingers to fret with and slide your hand up instead of changing fingerings.

That may be why I've been messing up that part...I always had my first two fingers for the GR, then I'd hop over to my ring and pinky for YB.

i'm gonna try that when i get home (i'm at school now), i could never get that part either, it's the only thing holding me back from a full combo...
