One of the ideas I want to use is one me and a friend worked out. Would we be able to do the competition together? _________________

Count me in! I can't wait to start this! (I only have 2 initial ideas, but this will hopefully get the creative juices flowing). _________________

Collaboration is always good, though I'd encourage you both attempt this challenge separately, I won't stop you from collaborating. _________________

And how the heck did you get a @scorehero.com email adress?
Starting my RPG basic layout NAO and emailing it the first minute of the week (RPG's are allowed.) _________________

You might want to re-read the structure of the challenge.
I mean, feel free to start ahead, but you may feel silly when you find out your current idea doesn't quite fall within the week's criteria. Doing it this way helps ensure that people try and think differently than they may otherwise, and it helps keep everyone working under the same time frame. _________________

I'm loving the sound of this
Nothing quite spells out fun like letting your imagination run loose on paper. |

I'd love to participate in something like this, though it really depends on my time constraints.
one question: Is there any specific format that you'd recommend for the papers? As in, just writing a 2 page essay, or perhaps making separate sections for describing different aspects of the game, or even a bullet pointed outline?
I understand that we have the choice on how we present it, but is there one way that would make it easier to read/more presentable than the other?
Personally, looking at a 2 page block of text can be intimidating, but seeing something set up in multiple sections with one or two sentences each makes the reading seem a lot easier. _________________

I think this sounds like a hell of a lot of fun, however, I give myself maybe a 5% chance of sticking with it to the end. Count on me for the first couple of weeks anyway, or at least until spring break :p _________________

I agree. I'm so excited for this to begin. Ideas have been going through my mind constantly for the past week and I can't wait to see what ideas everyone else comes up with. _________________

Glad to see everyone is eager to get started, but the challenge doesn't officially start until 9PM PST tonight. I've uploaded a sample game design treatment for you guys to check out, read it here. This is how all submissions will be presented to the community as well.
I've also updated the rules and included how we are going to be grading the submissions, so be sure to check those out. _________________
