MY Song List I Would Like To See For Guitar Hero Deuce

Some of your picks are great, some are just shy of the mark. In many instances I think you've picked great bands, but missed the song.

Great list, although a bit off from my perfect list (but they'd have alot of overlap).

Unfortunately, I doubt the actual track list will resemble this list much. I wouldn't be surprised if maybe 1/4-1/3 of these bands made appearance (at least I can hope!). That said, I also have faith the team will pick another excellent track list like they did for the first one (which included some unfamiliar tunes to me, but almost none I didn't grow to like) - but this time they have alot more freedom to pick exactly what they want

Why does everyone give QOTSA such a hard time in this game? No One Knows is a really fun song to play.

And by the way: "One" by Metallica. That could pretty much be a 'Bark at the Moon'-level sixth tier song for GHII. Really, how awesome would that be to play...

If I had to pick a HARD Metallica song to play on guitar - it would have to be ... ummmm ... Call of Ktulu. That would be awesome.

I'd KILL to have an Iron Maiden song in GHII ... The Trooper, Hallowed be thy Name, Wasted Years, Number of the Beast, The Wickerman ... man, so many awesome tunes.

Run To The Hills would be super fun with the bass mode on GH2. Some killer bass lines on there.

Meanwhile, I love QOTSA and was pumped to see No One Knows on there. I play it all the time for the fun of it. I'd love to see "Medication" on there. It's short and simple. It'd be a good song for the first level.

Meanwhile, I hope this TOOL rumour is true. I'd be the first in line to buy GH2 if ANY Tool song was on there. Something tells me that, if this does happen, either "forty six & 2" or "schism" would be the song, although I think it'd be sweet to play "the grudge" or "stinkfist,' which happen to be two of my favourite songs to play on guitar as it is. some newer tool would be fun (10,000 days era) thanks to all their new and quirky time changes.

I, too, would like to play Metallica. "sanitarium" or "breadfan" specifically, although "breadfan" isn't a Metallica song.

"imperium" by machine head would be a BLAST to play too...actually, if I could have any song be on gh2, it'd probably be that.
