I'm wondering if you need anything to copy the CD to your computer, because I keep getting an error that says:
"Cannot copy main_0: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)." |

I think that error is either your disc being dirty or your DVD drive being an ass.
What the error means is that the data read from the disc came out corrupt. _________________

Yeah well if I open GHEx as it's copying it can read the main file but can't edit anything. And I tried cleaning the drive, and it's new too... |

Opening the archive in ghex as it's still copying it from the DVD is not a good idea. _________________

What the PS2 can read to function and what your computer's drive can read are different. |

No. It doesn't matter..
It probably has to do with your DVD drive, maybe some brands/models can't read PS2 DVDs as well as others..
Have you tried ripping the disc to an ISO using Nero or something? Maybe it handles the re-reads better.. _________________
