lol, not only is that horribly inaccurate, but "70's" isn't even a genre.

70's had some good new music, if you subtract the hippie/pop crap.

Well umm, I'd say that "Starcaster" is obviously Fender's cheap-o guitars much like those First Act guitars you can get at Wal-mart for $99. Great for beginners to get the basics down on though, but in general their action is sooo bad haha, I don't see how someone could play on it for more than just starting out.

But you gotta start somewhere eh? Hope you stick with it and remember that good, solid practice is key to a great development (not to sound all preachy, but it is honestly the truth )

Nah, hippies went into the 70's too. I saw this infomercial on at like 3 am that had a bunch of those "one hit wonders" albums for the seventies, it was all hippie music. With some disco too, since that was big back then. Didn't see any of the classic rock from the period, cause I think the album was actually called 70's One Hit Wonders. That was one of the albums, can't remember the rest.

Well.. Hippies were huge in the 60's.. charlie and his bunch of chicks...

But they did.. transfer to the 70's, but in a diminished amount.
