Slight problem with .mid file, help appreciated

So far i havent had any trouble making my own custom GH2 with everyones kick ass songs, however yesterday i realized something. When a freind came over to play, i found out that not all the songs that were working flawlessly in quickplay mode work in multiplayer pro face off. Anyone know how i can edit the midi file to have it work in pro faceoff? I tried lookign at midis that had faceoff and oens that didint and for some i noticed they had more tracks. I assume faceoff needs a track for player 1 and player 2. Is ther anyone to clone the tracklsit for player 1 over for player 2 also?
