Nicely done Toy, couldn't have been better. It was kinda funny when they showed you playing and your face and you opened up your mouth. I also thought they were filming you making a real Podcast. Anyway, nice job representing SH, and bringing up the bullshit "real guitar". |

Epic interview with an epic member of an epic website while wearing an epic t-shirt while playing epic games and talking about epic events with an epic Opeth poster on the wall.
Did I miss anything?

I really wish they would've found a way to sneak in the name Scorehero during that segment (or, ya know, if somebody did I missed it). Epic interview otherwise (and lulz at the only copy of RR sold in Canada >_>) Way to reprazent the community, dude. _________________

Agreed on all points in that video. Real musicians can also enjoy GH too. Guitar player of three years, and GH player of a bit over two.
Question, the bit of real guitar just as your interview starts, is that some random dude's video or is that you playing? _________________

Very informative... I loved all the allusions to GuitarFreaks.

The people in Toronto that haven't met Mithin, Mcaffa, Xtesso, MPalermo etc would consider me to be pretty amazing. The guy that filmed this told me his class was quite impressed with my amazing Sweet Home Alabama performance :P |
I live in toronto too!
Well, within a short drive.
Anyway, amazing video. You pretty much represent the whole community and i respect that a lot. I couldn't have thought of anybody who could have talked down the haters any better than you did. _________________

I really like what you said about Guitar Hero.
Most of all I like that you countered all the people that do say guitar hero and music games alike are destroying music.
You're right, you're a gamer.
That's the best I've heard someone put it. |

I can't take credit for that though- it was actually Sully who made that comment a long time ago. It always stuck out to me as the best explanation for why these "play a real guitar" comments are so unnecessary. _________________

In fact, I lol'd at RR being with the games at all
And very nice job, I lol'd at the Valentine's SH theme as well. It totally gives people the right impression about SH :P |

Most people will think anyone who plays on Expert is amazing, and there are a lot of amazing players here. You can 3* a tier 5/6 on at a Best Buy/Sony Store/HMV and everyone will think you are a god or something.
Oh and nice job on the interview. I hate it when people are always comparing playing GH to playing a real guitar. It is just a video game to have fun with. Not meant to make music. It is just like saying "lol madden/fifa go play real football". _________________
