Not covers but Helloween released an album recently that features several of their songs in different genres.
Dr. Stein is Jazzy, and there is a 17-Minute Epic titled "The Keeper's Trilogy" Which is an orchestral mix of Halloween, Keeper of the Seven Keys, and The King for a 1000 Years.
Its awesome.

She has plenty other hard rock/heavy metal covers. Practically every Metallica song, Raining Blood, you get the idea. |

This is an amazing cover. At first I didn't like it, but it kinda grew on me and now I actually like it better than the original. Sorry, Metallica.
