Hmmm, Maiden is good, but 2 minutes is kinda a real boring song to watch/play in GH5. And there's one sorta complicated strumming bit, but I still SR FCed it and I suck at strumming. But yeah there always has to be a couple easyish songs I guess. |

I am in love with this list. And seeing as I've been getting a lot better, I'll have a crack at qualifying this year.
Good luck kids! _________________

Hmmm yeah I don't get why SoTR is the last song. If that's not DarkJyn's list then I'd understand because on the intensity list it is in last place due to it being intensity 9 (shouldn't be) and it's the last in alphabetical order (not cause it's the hardest). Although this song makes people go crazy when I play it in public lol. |

Thats like GH3 WCG 2008 without TTFAF, or GH WT WCG 2009 without Satch Boogie. |
Dude, Spirit of Radio is SO MUCH MORE EPIC than Schizoid.
Loving the list, now to go into training. _________________

If the list, shift posted, is correct. Why not Scatterbrain for the Final Song? Spirit of the radio is hard, but not the hardest song in the game. |

I wonder if the format will be 4-way PFO or just 1v1... sincerely hope it's the latter. _________________

@ locken
It will deffinitely be 1v1
@ WhYYZ
You are most certainly correct, i will tell them to change that lol i didn't even look at the artist names ^^
@ Everyone else wondering about the song list
Some songs are harder of course, however as a grand final song it doesn't need to be the single most difficult, also 21st Schizoid Man was heavily put down as being slow, long and incredibly horrible to listen too and as this will be a main setup being in Los Angeles, it was declined as a song to be in the competition at all. Whether i agree or not is irrelevant :P But i don't think that the majority of competitors will actually be bothered as SoTR is rather long and i'm confident that in the finals it's choke or FC on the slide notes! Scatterbrain is a fantastic choice for final song, and i believe so would DWEDWN, but if we leave these only for the final song, the decision of finding the best players to reach the final would be based on who can squeeze a few more points out rather then effectively hit the notes. It is a never ending debate, although it's not set in stone, for now it has been thought out and not just randomly chucked in, it won't please everyone, but regardless you guys are all great at this game and no matter the song you can win if your better and playing at your best, am i right? _________________
