Just ordered this off Amazon. I'm excited to try it out! How does the game react to the Rock Band Squier? I have another guitar I could use but it's more of a pain to get to since my Squier is out but my Peavey is put away. _________________

basically YMMV because some Squiers are great and some not so much. If you have a lot of trouble with bends I recommend taking your guitar into the shop and having it set up. _________________

The RB Squier is not that good for bends because the frets alternate metal and plastic instead of being solid, flat pieces of metal. |

Oh I like this way of teasing the next dlc pack. I might have an idea of what it is and if it is, I'm all for it |

• Just Dance, Rocksmith, and Assassin’s Creed were able to compensate for less-than-stellar sales of Rayman: Origins, The Adventures of Tintin and “non-dance” Kinect games. |

I may change my mind, but I don't plan on getting any of this week's RS DLC. |

For those of you that don’t check the Xbox Live Marketplace at 5 AM every Tuesday we thought we’d let you know that Rocksmith has released it’s first (we assume of many) DLC Gear Packs. This one is focused on Heavy Metal and features the following:
The RSMP-12: A Custom high-gain amp and extended bass response 4×12 cabinet
The Caverb: a “cavernous” reverb pedal
The SicSicSicS: A Solo boost pedal
The Scooped: An active parametric EQ pedal
“Heavy Metal – Gear Pack” - 400 MSP ($5.00)

I would rather they put in more metal songs that use those pedals/effects and once you master the song you earn them... instead of just buying them out right. _________________

Why the hell does Ubisoft still insist on keeping DLC a secret until release day? It can't be a contractual requirement because they are getting into the habit of leaking partial tablature as clues. |

Assuming it's a three-pack from the same artist, we get to know who it's by, but they still get to keep a bit of the element of surprise? \O_o/ _________________
