Update on my career sightread. As seen in topic title, 67 sightread FC & 1 100% (Sneak Out)

It's been a long time I've wanted to do this. It's now done.
I started playing the game on PC, and then bought an xbox 360, so some FC are still only on PC (they are in blue), either because I only FC'ed them on pc, or because the score is better.
I didn't bother taking pictures 'cause my scores are not really top ones except on PC (going from 5th to 356th overall)
