You mean this?
Armageddon wrote: | XI: What is my forum banner based on? Is it based on leaderboard rankings?
Many people have asked this question, and it is simpler than you think. Like many other forums on the internet, your "posting rank" is based on how many posts you have on the forums. This ranking is based COMPLETELY on how many posts you have, NOT what your rank is on the ScoreHero leaderboards. That being said, people have asked how many posts you need for each rank. Here's a table that shows how many posts you need for different rankings:
Code: | 0-9 posts: Rocker
10-24 posts: Young Gun
25-49: Shredder
50-99: Pro
100-199: Guitar Hero
200-499: Guitar Legend
500-999: Guitar God
1000-1999: Mascot
2000+: Freebird |
|
EDIT: Realized you may be talking about the score-tracking thing in my signature too. Lemme know. |

Its an IRC joke, read this thread in the Hall of Fame and maybe you'll understand: http://www.scorehero.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=56987
You'll notice a lot of random fads come and go around here, and if they don't make any sense then its probably an IRC joke. _________________

This is a complete lie. All IRC jokes make perfect sense. Really. Honestly.

Has image uploading for Rock Band been implemented? I was hoping to narrow down some cutoffs, but didn't see any way to do it for RB. |

Software.....forum here
Read some of the sticky'd topics in there, and you will figure it out
ALSO, the orginal post in this thread had the following information:
Armageddon wrote: | XVI: How do I get custom songs in Guitar Hero?
This is THE most commonly asked question on ScoreHero. Hundreds of people flock here every day, and quite a few don't take the time to browse the forum and actually try to figure it out themselves. If you're reading this, then I pray you listen to my every word if you plan on doing custom songs. This is what you need to do:
Step 1: Read these rules. You will not be here long if you do not abide by ALL of these rules.
Step 2: Now that you are well versed in the rules in Software, you may be ready to start learning how to make customs. Use this: nickb611's 'The Newly Updated Guide to Playing Custom Songs in GH1/2/80s'.
Step 3: If you plan on MAKING custom guitar hero songs, you should read this: Turkeyman's 'Idiot Proof guide to MAKING custom charts using FeedBack'. |

Ok, I've posted enough now and I'm sick of doing it without an avatar.
I've tried to put one on before..
Can someone explain to me in detailed instructions on how to do it?
Maybe I just suck at the internet in general |

Scenario 1:
"Hai gaiz, I have dis image on my computrons and i wantz it in my forum acct for epic lulz"
1. Find an image hosting website. In this case, we will use www.imageshack.us.
2. Click "browse" and open the path to the image you want to be used as your avatar.
3. Click "host it" at the bottom of the site.
*Note* This is assuming that the image you are about to host is already meeting forum rules in terms of size (no larger than 135 x 135). If the image does not meet these requirements, then you must resize the image appropriately.
4. Once the upload is complete, a plethora of URLs will now be at your disposal. The URL that you need is at the very bottom, titled "Direct link to image." Copy that URL to the clipboard.
5. On ScoreHero, click "Profile" on the user menu at the top.
6. Scroll down to the very bottom. Down there, you will come across the "Avatar control panel." In this panel, you will find a single text field; paste the URL of the image into the text field and then press "Submit."
7. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your new ScoreHero avatar!
Scenario 2:
"GAIZ! GAIZ! YOU WONT BELEEVE DIS LOLOL, i just foundteh most hialrious pic on teh interwbz, i going to put it in acct now for epic lololcopters"
1. Right-click the image and click "Copy Image Location"
*Note* This is assuming that the image is already meeting forum rules in terms of size (no larger than 135 x 135). If the image does not meet these requirements, then you must save the image onto your hard drive and resize it appropriately.
2. On ScoreHero, click "Profile" on the user menu at the top.
3. Scroll down to the very bottom. Down there, you will come across the "Avatar control panel." In this panel, you will find a single text field; paste the URL of the image into the text field and then press "Submit."
4. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your new ScoreHero avatar!
Phew, that took me a while. Good luck |

I was looking through this for one question I had but didn't find the answer. What do the thread that have the black circle with a red circle in the center mean. Are those the threads that are getting a lot of views or replys currently? _________________
