How do you make hammer ons and pull offs for longer notes? I know how to make them for shorter notes, but longer ones I'm having trouble with... |

You cannot ever *make* any note HOPO-able. As stated in the FAQ, HOPO-ability is entirely controlled by the spacing of the notes based on those rules in software. It is not an editable or configurable parameter within the midi note data. If it doesn't meet those rules, it cannot be HOPO'd

Which faq explains this? And I went about making my hopos by making the tempo longer and inserting 16th notes... is there an easier way, or is that the only way to do it? |

Custom Song FAQ
You have actually READ all of the stickies, like the rules tell you to, right?

Ok, so I DID read the faq, and it still doesn't really answer my question... Do I need to have only 16th eighth notes side by side? Or can I have a space between them and they'll still be hopo's as long as the tpqn is 480? Also, they'll show up as hopo's in ghex, but when I actually play it on the game, none of them will show up as hopo's... |
