Is a remake possible???

I've been thinking, and came to my own conclusion that since Neversoft is seeming to say "Pull Me Under" is the hardest song in GHWT, do you think it will be a new/re recorded version? Right now my bet would be yes for these reasons:

1. There as of right now there isn't an impossible song up to the calibur of what we have seen.

2. There have been remakes of harder songs in the past like play with me (extended solo I think), Train Kept a'rollin, DWDTG, and I heard somewhere buckethead did the impossible solo for jordan just for GH2. Three of those four are final songs, so I think it's possible.

3. They have not shown the chart yet to my knowledge.

Just an opinion, what does everyone else think?

Play With Me's solo isn't extended (if I recall correctly), DWDTG was technically an entirely new guitar track, and you're correct in thinking Jordan's solo was added in. Cult of Personality's solo was also added for the game.

I don't know the song you're talking about, but just thought I should set a couple things straight about your post, heh. Sorry, I hate being a pedant.

It would be nice to have a REALLY impossible song, but I think that, even if it's the hardest, it won't be impossible. (Chart-wise, don't say everything is possible on GH, it's just stupid. Try to tap a 25 NPS section

There's also the ending of Ace of Spades and You Got Another Thing Comin' on GH1, and they did the opposite with Iron Man--they actually cut down the ending by a lot in the cover. But I digress...I don't really know the song, so I'll take what I get.

No I don't have any proof, that's why I phrased it as a question. I just thought it might be possible. If the mods think this thread is going nowhere they can lock it.

Pull Me Under is probably going to be treated like TTFAF in unlocking because, while it's not the hardest Guitar song, it's likely to be the most difficult on all instruments combined.

It's more than a guitar game now.

Well Rock Band didn't have any 'impossible' song, and look at the ones like Thrasher, Constant Motion, Afterlife, and many more, I'm pretty sure we will see some pretty hard DLC coming to GHWT
