Recent Accomplishments
11/05/08: 5 Stars on TWIE!! Finally, I got 362222 which only just barely made 5 Stars but who cares x2.803 is still > x2.800. Only TTFAF left now until Guitar God for GH3.
11/04/08: 22 million points in GH3X!!! Played TWIE a couple of times tonight and got an extra 33k on my previous best which put me over 22 million. Its still at an embarrassingly low 323k but I'm starting to think 5 staring this might be possible for me after all.
10/23/08: FC #40 - In The Belly of a Shark. Got 8 stars just, sp usage was definitely not optimal but I don't really care at the moment. Also got another 20k on Impulse which put me in the top 1000 (994).
10/22/08: Got FC #39 In Love, decent score too, 270th place across all platforms. Working on Go That Far and Helicopter now. I always overstrum Intro/Outro/1st Class sections in Go That Far though so I'm trying to learn how to use the HO/POs. Helicopter's problem is the fast strumming, I can strum fast enough just fine but I don't really seem able to keep it even, I think I may have FCed it once in practise so a way to go yet.
10/20/08: I finally FCed Welcome to the Jungle after about 20 hours of trying (not at one go). Also got Cities on Flame with Rock and Roll while having a break from WttJ so I'm up to 38 FCs now  .
10/14/08: I got Red Lottery FC this morning!! Also got 171k on Misirlou which is up 25k on my previous best. Still a ways to go to get the 5 star though.
10/14/08: I got 3 more GH2 FCs; Yes We Can, X-Stream and Can't You Hear Me Knockin'. Working on Red Lottery now... bad bad song. Its so damn slow that I rush every single HOPO so I have resorted to strumming everything but the trill. And for the trill I strum every 4th note to keep me from putting the higher notes on the beat which I keep trying to do for some reason. Hopefully it'll come soon so I can stop playing god awful songs.
10/13/08: I have got 11 GH2 FCs in the past 2 days. The first set is completely FCed but I stopped going through in order after I got to Mother's WTF solo. I did actually manage to hit every section of the solo in practise but its not going to happen in a full run for a while. So I'm now getting FCs in the order of the FC guide thread. I'm up to Yes We Can at the moment and wow does it suck. Hopefully I can get the FC soon so I never have to hear it again.

Bump for Welcome to the Jungle FC and Cities on Flame with Rock and Roll FC though mainly for WttJ since it took me soooooo many tries before I managed to not make a stupid mistake somewhere.

I might work on Impulse for FC #41 as I have hit all sections at one time or other. I'd say it might get a bit frustrating though but we'll see.

yeah, congrats on 40 fc's and 22 mil!! I also like your organization, i need to do that for my thread... sounds like you need to re-fc with paths, cause i think i had about 22.5 when i hit 40... see you when you get top 500 and 50 fc's, lol

Yea you're right some of my earlier FCs were without the optimal path and I could pick up a few hundred thousand points by redoing them I think. Maybe when I'm bored one day... Also I have crappy low scores for TTFAF, TWIE and NFMH which brings my total down a bit.
Hmm 50 FCs, that might take a while. I think I need to work on using HO/POs in strumming sections for me to be able to get up to 50. Things like the BBGGBBGGBBGG in Go That Far and the quads in In The Band are the only thing stopping me from FCing those songs and similar sections in other songs hold me back as well.
By the look of things you'll most definitely beat me to 500/50 but I'll get there someday  .

go that far you just strum twice for the first blues, then strum and press at a constant rate... it's kind of hard to explain, but once you get the hang of it, the bbgg is super-easy... i have a harder time with the stupid brb in the solo, i can never seem to hit it... IitB is tough, i suck at it for some reason, maybe soon i'll go back for the fc... theres a couple songs that i'm really close to that could put me over 50, but i keep messing up (SoSaD, i'm looking at you)
