Is it me or is the 5* lower than an avg. multiplier of 2.8 ?
I think I had a mere 2.64 on a song (or was it 2.46 ?) and I still got 5*.
I don't remember which song though.
We don't know how rewinds count towards multiplier though.
Impressions ?
(Side note : tried Noisia on hard... barely 4* with 77% lulz) _________________

Since dj hero has so many mechanical differences, especially with multipliers... I wouldn't be surprised if it had a different scale than gh. Although I'd expect it to be lower, not higher..
either way, next time I play, I'll see what i can do to get a proof of a cutoff. _________________

In my experience, I've been lead to believe that 3x (-ish) is the 5 star and something like 2.4x is the 4 star cutoff.
I can't remember a time where I got 5 stars with less than a 3x average. _________________

yeah that's what i meant, I would expect it to be higher, not lower, because of all the extra multiplier opprotunity, rewinds ect.
The post failed, so I had to re-type it, and messed that up >_< lol _________________

Minor update. I just got 3.06x as a multiplier on a song online and it was good for 4 stars (Excuse Me Miss/Give It To Me if it's consequential).
2.76x gave me 4 as well and everything over 3.75x seems to guarantee some 5 stars.
I'll edit more findings into this post if something comes up. _________________

maybe rewinds throw off the math? since they don't count towards your combo, maybe they don't count towards multiplier in the multiplier part, but do in the stars part? _________________
