Hey, just wanted to clarify that the PS2 version has different unlockables, which include some extra characters, such as: Metalhead, Fembot, Scrap Heap, Racques Topes (I think that's his name), and Robbie Lobster. I got these new characters by beating the Guitar Career. I'm not sure when I unlocked each character (like how many stars it requires). Just wanted to point out some differences, lol. You can get these characters by earning a certain amount of stars, simliar to Guitar Hero Metallica on the PS2.
The venues are the same, and I believe Skeleton and Frankenhead are not in the PS2 version, unless I need to play through another instrument career to get them (or band career). If it's structured like GH Metallica then that means that certain characters may be hidden under certain instrument careers, like how you unlock Lars Ulrich for getting a certain amount of stars on the drum career on GHM.

OP you should also add what particular instrument is the challenge for i.e. Guitar, Vox, Bass, Drums, or Full Band
also what medal you have to get to unlock the particular unlockable i.e. Gold, Platinum, or Diamond
***Not all unlockables require a platinum medal, few others require gold or diamond(pretty sure for at least 1 or 2)
Besides that, awesome list!!!!! great work finding out every unlockable. I will be refering to this thread quite often

Being at work right now (doing, um... work), I have to agree with the request to include the instrument required in this list (or a new list like it).
I might go one further, and ask if someone in front of the game could post the details of each challenge (points, whammy, multiplier, streak.. etc).
Then you could take it even one further, and post the exact score/requirement for the gold/platinum/diamond level.
I might make a list like this at some point when I have some more time in front of the game, but I was just looking for this info right now, and could not find it

completing the challenge for What I Got gives you the "Operator" vest (torso clothing, males only) and the one for Medicate unlocks Axel's "Battlescar" outfit.
thought you might add them to the list

| You might want to add that playing Roadie Mode(at least once?) gets you the Vicarious Visions stage(Not sure if that's what you accurately call it) on Wii. It's probably a Wii-Exclusive. |

Well, I had time, and have a nice list in Excel now.
When I have some more time I am going to put it in the Wiki.
I hope we can integrate the 2 lists a bit too
