Lmao. I beat TTFAF on GH3 the day before GH smash hits was realeased in US. Ive beaten TTFAF on every difficulty, my method for the intro on GH3 is kinda normal i guess. just hold the green button down with my index finger, and strum fast as hell with my other hand b/c i can't tap the intro for some reason? (WTF???) Smash hits on the other hand with the finger tap-able intro, i use my left-hand index finger to hold down green for the intro which i haven't ever seen but it works for me. GH3 amout of tries for TTFAF: 100+ Smash Hits: 1 lmao |

ttfaf on expert is quite easy. On ghsh I have 5 stars, no big deal. The intro in ghsh is very easy due to purple notes and I tried real hard to get 100% with 1 hand. If I ever get that I'll be sure to lay it out on youtube. |

Beat it on controller, the majority of my points are in the intro and ending after rampaging dragons lol. 260K was my score and i know i can easily beat it. But finishing it was remarkable to say the least, I seem to fail in the twinsolo though sometimes and it feels like crap =( I dont take any breaks either in that song =O

My personal record is 68% on practice mode. I'd try more often, but my GH III controller broke and the World Tour controllers suck ass. |

I finally got it (I used a rubberband for They're Hammerons so I can't post the score).

I got Guitar Hero 3 the day it came out and have never been able to get past the intro until today. I can't start tapping again once I miss for some reason, so I figured I would just have to FC the intro to pass the song, and that is pretty much what I did.
Fun fact: I FC'd 54 of the 70 songs in this game on Expert and 5 starred all of the Dragonforce pack, guitar virtuoso pack, and Devil Went Down To Georgia on Expert all before I even passed Through The Fire And Flames.
I can't believe I almost 5 stared the song to my first time passing it. I think I am going to try some more and see if I can 5 star it. I should be able to because on the pass run I hoarded star power in case any of the solo gave me trouble. _________________

Finally passed it for the first time, a few hours ago. I'm hopefully getting Van Halen tomorrow, so I thought I'd try to get the remaining 5*'s on my games, starting with GH3. I got 'em all, leaving just TTFAF... I knew I wouldn't get 5*'s, but I could at least pass it, right? Hell yeah!
First Pass:
424,958 - 4* - 86% - 123 note streak
So then I tried again and beat my score! Honestly, even though I'm over 100k off 5*, I think I could get it. I'm great with all the strumming sections in the song, so as long as I get lucky with picking up the SP and use them on the strumming, instead of protecting me on the solo, I feel it could happen. We'll see.
Second Pass:
447,584 - 4* - 86% - 140 note streak _________________
