My GameStop isn't doing a midnight release, so I will be waiting for the store to open in the morning. I am excited to finally get my hands on the new guitar and start earning those customization options in GHTV. Some of those playercards and note highways remind me of Modern Warfare 2 and the prestige of getting those hard-to-earn emblems and titles.

I really don't like the dlc/plays feature, it's a good solution for the whole rights issues. They could simply pull a song from GHTV if they don't want us to play it anymore but it does make the whole list of songs feel rather limited.
Not sure if I'll get this now :/

also, correct me if im wrong, the whammy is useless. it dont grant you extra star power. it just change the sound and thats it.

Great review dude. DO you think the power-ups you buy will kill the leaderboards? Can you use them in quickplay or do the songs remain "pure" there? |
