Morning Scorehero, another exciting day ahead. The GH5 Easy Bass saga continues...
3 notes an hour and counting.
I'll update if I come across a HOPO.... probably won't. |

Still no hopo's.
OK so it appears that turning the volume down on the TV and playing easy bass whilst listening to your own records has no impact on FC capability.
I've hit 18 BH import FC's this morning and not had to listen to any of them. Sorted |

Haha, I'm glad I'm not alone on this one, I've had a far more enjoyable day as a result.
It also got me thinking as to wether or not it might help you beat medium TTFAF. Didn't you say it was causing you problems?
I've noticed on the "harder " songs that I lose track of where solo's are etc and as a result just play the notes as seperate entities rather than as a part of some solo. Worth a shot? |

From Cabanon's Spreadsheet:
Guitar Hero World Tour DLC 158
Guitar Hero 5 DLC 163
Guitar Hero Warriors Of Rock WT/5 DLC 315
As he and Spoonman have the same numbers, I would say that's your answer. Good luck on GH5 Easy. _________________

if you're talking about medium guitar, yeah, both versions too. SH is the easier one for me because gh3 has weird fast strumming. It may be possible that it could help, I'll try it next time I pop in ghsh. I would imagine it could help because I always get nervous when the solo pops up, or when it's about to. Thanks for the tip on that, didn't realise that could help, I mostly just used it because I didn't want to listen to bad music
Also, something funny I forget to mention with WT, when I was playing Trapped Under Ice (ebass mind you), trapped under ice actually started playing on my playlist around halfway through the chart. funny stuff. _________________

It'd be even more funny if it was timed so that the choruses echoed or something.
Good luck surviving all the easy songs. _________________

Gh5 Easy Bass career, all 461 songs of it, is finally done. It's a dark and miserable lonely place, that can mess with your head if you let it.
NEVER !!....I repeat never !! leave all the longest songs until last. |

Well yeah !
I want a score for everything on GH Bass, on all difficulties. Somewhere in the region of 5700 scores total. I'm at 4300 scores so I will probably finish it sometime around Xmas. I'm feeling good about it lol |

OK so still more of the same... I have something in the order of 150 X bass songs to get through before I move on to GhWT dlc.
Expert bass is going really well, although I did wonder wether or not all that lower difficulty stuff would effect my game, but it turns out that I'm doing OK... I just scored a new FC !! The first time ever that I've Fc'd Mama Mae.
Its not the hardest song in the world but it's one of those where it helps if you know how to use hopo's and the white bars correctly.
I guess my breaking away from being someone who only plays expert is paying off. Anyway I'm still here and I'm still Fc -ing stuff whenever I can. Thanks for taking an interest \m/

Dunno how hard Mama Mae is (and I hope I have that as DLC, too), but it's nice to see you're working on Expert as well. _________________
