Insane job! I don't know if you knew this, but I was the first person to FSFC medium guitar, so I definitely know how much time and effort it takes to go through every single song in the series, regardless of difficulty; You did it twice o_O You're a monster man! Do you think hard/expert FSFC's on bass are possible for you? Either way, good luck if you decide to pursue them! _________________

Thanks Brad! I knew you FSFC'ed MGuitar, but I never knew you were first, that is amazing. Hard bass might be possible. I still have to get a new copy of WoR and get all the hard songs (mostly thrash songs and stuff like that), but yeah, I won't doubt it for sure. And thanks, I guess it's just that there's lots of good music that I love listening to and playing ^^. _________________

This Day we Fight will be a big pain, but nothing else in WoR really comes close from what I remember. If you can get that, and you've already got WT-BH, then the FSFC is in the bag.
Gogo E/MVox FSFCs, btw. _________________

How would you rate the GH vox engines from easiest to hardest to learn? As it seems BH wasn't... the best starting point. Or I could have just sucked, I'm not sure. Also did not realise how many FGFC's you have on vocals, hopefully one day I will learn the engines. |

for GH, I think it would be something like WT>GHM>GHSH>GHVH>GHWOR>GH5>BH from easiest to hardest. I know first four games are pretty close, it's just I find the use of talkies in Van Halen and Metallica songs terrible. GHWOR could be a bit higher maybe. GHWOR seems like it's the same engine as GH5, but I found it easier to learn than gh5, don't know why.
Also, thanks man. I plan to get an expert vox FGFC one of these days, maybe Green Day or something. I'm quite comfortable on hard in RB right now I think. _________________

Much appreciated! I shall see if I can learn the mysterious (broken) ways of GH Vocals soon. Though I think I'll finish off at least Blitz Vocals before then. Hopefully, I can get a functional guitar, and at least narrow the gap between our FGFC's! Didn't realise you had pulled ahead by like 25 haha. But an insane job as always. Knew I shouldn't have taken that like ~4-month break! Can't wait to see what happens, as you should be able to knock a few more hard Bass FGFC's out, and of course E/M Guitar/Bass/Vox (Probably some Hard/Expert on here) on the Rock Band side of things. I would say a race to 100 FGFC's, yet that'll have to wait until I get another working guitar to even stand a chance in hell. |

Huh. I've never had problems with talkies in GHM or VH (or WT or SH, really). What's been happening there?
Also, have you considered changing your topic title recently? You've gotten some good things since those two FSFCs (like another FSFC...) _________________

It's not that I'm having trouble with them, it's just I find the charting of them bad. Like I understand the use of talkies in Van Halen songs with the WOAHHHHHs and all of that (david lee roth does that a lot) but sometimes they throw in random talkies in a phrase that seems to be just straight pitches. Its hard to explain but yeah
also, I don't have a 3rd GH FSFC unless I'm missing or forgetting something, I only have E+M bass. I would love to get EGuitar soon but I need another copy of WOR and a copy of GH80S. I might change the title to something cheesy like Bass'o'rama or Lot's of Bass+Vox! or something.I'll leave it like this until I can think of something. _________________

That's an awkward one for sure, here's what I ended up doing. Start the strumming with a double downstrum, that makes each doublet start with a downstrum. Then you are just faced with the problem of the strumming being off-time or off-beat or whatever which has the potential to really throw you off. Something that might help with that is just muting the tv for this song. Good luck. |

Morning ultra,
Obviously and it goes with out saying, listen to GBM.
The way I got the Hard FC was to alt strum right up until I felt I was losing timing or about to break my streak. As soon as that happens I break into a bit of down strumming just to complete the passage. You get nice breaks in that song to rest, so it's a matter of down strumming only what you have too. By no means is it these correct way, but it helped me get the FC in a short space of time.
Hope you get it soon \m/ |

Thanks a lot guys. I actually started off doing what sjay did but I got off rhythm kinda easily. I'll try taking GBM's advice, it looks helpful, I'll practice it tonight. Also I never thought about muting it, I'll attempt that as well. Thanks again! _________________
