I'm going with this because the strumming part still gives me trouble sometimes and you also need solid consistency to make it through the rest of the song after that. I would also be ok with Metal Health or Monsters though...and the other 2 aren't too far behind.

(Bang Your Head) Metal Health

I'm torn between this and Monsters, but I'll give Metal Health the nod because it's on a harder engine and has more than one missable part. Crazy On You does have that annoying bridge that you have to do twice; that one's also very close in difficulty...but I think I'm still going with Metal Health. I had trouble with both the trill and the outro strumming for awhile.
