Oof, done. Thanks for catching it. I beat that high score by roughly 6.5k already, but still deleted the 834977 from last night and resubmitted it without the 100%. |

I really trailed off after August 5th looking back. I just finally got burned out after 100 Rock Band 1sts and 1st on near 1/3 of the GH series over 9 months of the past year at that point.
I tried to come back a couple times, but I just didn't have that much passion, which was impacting my squeezing.
Well 12 weeks later I can say I have my passion back

Congrats on a hard earned FGFC! Very nice score to boot. I noticed you also improved your Get Free score as a victory lap. Any plans on reFC Sudden Death or Speeding to get 1st on those?
You said if you got the FC of Fury and it wasn't first it was good enough for you. With a 752 gap over awisemoose I say that score is pretty impressive.
Do you have plans for a new game next? _________________

Congratulations for the FGFC! Nice score, too. But the 90 first places is even more impressive! Going for 92/93? _________________

Wow, WoR FGFC is still absolutely mind-boggling to me. I know it may not be the hardest FGFC in the series, but even so there's debatably 1-2 songs that are top 5 hardest in the series, and 4-5 songs that are top 15. FotS is quite possibly the hardest of them all, so GG.
Sucks that your score wasn't first but 90/93 is still insane on its own. I wouldn't blame you for stopping there but that 5th on Speeding is looking awfully ripe for a redux... _________________

I said that then, but as of now no FC in this game would be a grind to reFC other than Chemical Warfare (which IMO is the hardest in the game).
I'll be going for Fury ReFC for 1st and then finish out 93/93 1sts. I'll be doing that while deciding on what game to do next. I'm up for another grind, I have some passion back now, I'm the opposite of being burned out now. |

Thank you very much for the kind words And 93/93 is the goal now, starting with a Fury ReFC ;)

It's a relief to not have this FGFC hanging over me for sure! Chemical Warfare was the longest grind I had, it was over 50 hours put into that song. Fury was around 20 total, which was mostly spent months ago when I grinded it then. But I got it very fast coming back to GH. I had just gotten so burned out during the weeks I grinded Chemical Warfare that everything after that was so dull and miserable to do. I'm glad I took off more time than I wanted to, I got my passion back now.

Thanks alex, and glad to hear from you. I definitely agree WoR is a better FGFC than GH3, probably around half of people with a GH3 FGFC are capable of a WoR FGFC. But for me GH3 was harder, just my skillet. That stupid snake (although now it still is pretty free one handing it, my hundreds of hours of pain paid off eventually lol). I had to gain almost the entire tapping skillset to FGFC that game from scratch. And that skillset carried over and made GHWoR much easier than it would have been a year ago. Also the WoR engine wasn't that for me because as a squeezer it's sort of comfy being forced to hit things midscreen on WoR.
I will say Chemical Warfare is the hardest FC in GHWoR IMO, Fury is a close second. Black Widow is a tier lower in difficulty. Then another tier lower is Sudden Death. And Ties that Bind/Speeding are pretty close to Sudden Death in difficulty IMO. |

Thank you very much! I still have to finish off GHWoR for full game 1st, that will be next (after GHM).

1. Yep, I'm going for 1st on GHM now Already at 1st on over 1/3 of the game now. I'm mostly just going for ticks and 1st places to start off. Because if I just go at all the songs I can improve my score by 2k on first and bump myself over 1st, I won't have much motivation to go for another 28 points on Mother of Mercy etc.
I didn't want to squeeze out this game initially because I can't fully optimize some of these songs due to this engine's sustains being horrible to hold out, it's just inconsistent and ruins the fun. But I can get 1st by a good amount, so I figured I should do that.
2. I'm also good enough to bump strike for 1st overall on GH2, I'm not JPrez at GH2/80s engine, but I'd say I'm roughly as good as strike was looking at his scores. Anyway I'll want a GH2 FGFC locked in before wasting anymore time squeezing that game. Very annoying not being able to double strum my squeezes due to that game's strum limit.
And no, I am not capable of the Psychobilly Freakout halfbar, it's not close for me. I can probably get the Cherry Pie halfbar, I was one frame from it several runs in a row from memory, a month ago. But there is no way I am getting that psychobilly halfbar. And Tanner's psychobilly Hard score is one of the greatest scores ever. |

Comfortable to say tanner hitting the halfbar on psychobilly is the greatest squeezing achievement ever
You're doing incredible, I pretty much only visit this website to geek out over your accomplishments now. Keep it up! Good luck with GHM. |
