Looks like you broke (under) the 200-pound mark! Congratulations! Do you have a goal for what weight you want to achieve? You've come very far in those 45 weeks. _________________

Well done buddy, that is fucking phenomenal. I'm sorry I haven't been posting in this thread much anymore, but I have been following it, and, well, this is incredible. To show such determination and patience for so long is an exceptional thing, and I speak for us all when I say I'm proud of you buddy, however much that may mean. You deserve this.

What you've accomplished is truly amazing, I can't imagine how difficult and daunting of a task it seemed in the beginning to you. I know someone mentioned this a few pages back in the thread, but I think you definitely merit a name change now that you're below 200, as there is literally no way that name still applies to you, besides the Bob part I guess. (is your name bob? I kind of came to assume so lol) Congrats again man _________________

*slow clap*
I know I haven't posted here in a while, but you can be sure that I've been keeping up. Your progress is nothing short of astounding, and I am quite proud of you, as odd as that is to say. To now be under 200 pounds... well that is almost universally considered normal. That must feel absolutely incredible for you! I can't believe you have lost almost half of your peak weight, that is unbelievable. Now I know you don't want to try to lose too much, but I really think you should get down to 180 or so, I think that would be a perfectly healthy weight for your height. But I'm no doctor, so you can stop losing weight whenever you feel like. Just don't change your lifestyle too much, you want to stay healthy, and you especially don't want to gain weight now! :p _________________
