I'm gonna modify this a bit to be a thread incorporating a whole bunch of cool downstrumming achievements for people who mention them, and goals for people who want to actively participate in this thread.

How about Miss Murder, BatH passes? You could also try TTB pass in WoR, or any of the hard songs in that game really :p
I believe I've passed Misirlou and KoC downstrumming, it's quite fun :p

I've passed Misirlou downstrumming, but I've not tried KoC. As for your suggestions, Miss Murder should be no problem, and I 5*'d BatH (GH2) downstrumming (except for Solo D), so I'm thinking I can do it again on SH.

GH3 TTFAF wasn't really a problem. 5* would take a bit more effort but oh well.
Maybe One?
I'm sure that's already a challenge though, maybe. |

Jimi (WT dlc) actually there's nothing people normally altstrum but I FCd it with guitar that can only downstrum so I thought I could as well say it here.

My TTFAF pass was 544,288, that's around 12K below the 5* cut off point.
I'd go for more, but I don't own Smash Hits, so apart from TTFAF 5* and Ties that Bind (which I'm working on) I'm pretty much done. |

I'm considering joining this. I'll look for more accomplishments and goals soon.
Also, I just remembered: I think I 4-starred BatH (GH2) downstrumming only. I can redo it with picture proof in a couple of days if you want.
EDIT: I forgot, I 5-starred Barracuda (GH3) downstrumming only. Not very big, but I thought I'd mention it.

I got this my second try last night  . I also used the HO/POs in the guitar breaks.

I'd say let's try and keep it to GH; you're most welcome to make an equivalent thread on the RB side, though.
Also, updated, for what it's worth. PBFO (SH) was an easy downstrumming pass, but TTFAF (SH) is just never gonna happen for me, I don't think; I have enough trouble getting through it normally, though I've started to become more consistent in passing it, even if I can't quite seem to hit 4*.
