Any song by Steve Ouimette is an instant download for me. Excited to get destroyed by it! _________________

That seems like one of the real good downloads (not including Death Magnetic) for WT. Not saying the DLC archive is bad, but just this is one of the better ones.
It seems a lot harder than we thought huh? _________________

I've only watched the guitar chart on youtube, but from the video here is my opinion:
I don't really like it. Obviously this is a "cover" that is not supposed to be accurate, but better done. However, I've listened to the original quite a few times, and the GH2 custom charts look like a lot more fun than the WT version. Also, I don't really like the cover in general. I don't think the song worked well with the metal genre it was covered with. I would have liked it better with banjo straight through. I'm about to go watch/listen once more. Any body else? _________________

To xboxpro - I didn't think it looked very fun or anything from watching videos of the chart... But it's just so much funner to play it than it is to watch. The only reason I originally bought it was because I wanted to try the strumming... but I enjoy the rest of the song a ton. You should buy it and judge it then - As I said before, its a billion times more fun to play it than it looks. _________________

LOL
It looks fun to me. I'm just glad that Neversoft actually chooses some fun songs every once and a while instead of the 8th note chord fests that usually ensue _________________

Awesome song to play. Not as difficult as the other Ouimette songs, but still a lot of fun and still took me a few tries to 5*. Has anyone gotten an NPS on the fast strumming in the end?
Also, people, stop saying that every GH:WT DLC is an eighth note chord snoozefest.
Awesome songs for WT: Boss Battles, Neversoft pack, 1st Hendrix pack, Raggae pack, Black Betty, Foxey Lady, Steely Dan, James Bond, Modern Hits Theme, Phish pack, Bloodmeat, Camel's Night Out, Dueling Banjos. _________________

Have anyone played this song in GH5? If thats the case, what intensity level is it? And is it easier on that engine? |

I just reluctantly got this with my last 200 MSP, without getting any of the other paid GH:WT DLC and I was surprised at how fun this song is. This song was so much better than it looked like on video. I somehow hit one set of those purple trills Great song! Now i just have to get some more MSP |

I got it yesterday... I don't see why they would take it down temporarily. _________________

well when I tried to DL it a week ago it wasn't in the GHWT or GH5 music store..... and the reason for it being removed temporarily was that it could glitch some your other DLC.... so I guess they fixed it then? _________________

on ps3, it caused an error in the database of the game and all the game data & saved crashed, meaning the lost of every scores. they are in the process of fixing it as we speak. _________________

Ahhh, now I see. That's sort of weird, how one DLC song can do that...? _________________

And on the Xbox 360 the song would disable the use of all other DLC (including the song itself), but that's already been fixed. |
