Band Mashups, exclusive to the Wii will be coming in April. I haven't found much on the game yet, but it appears to use the familiar "fretboard highway" style. It also appears to use the Wiimote's capabilities in rhythm with the music (note the squiggly lines instead of notes - is that telling you to shake the Wiimote?).

Based on those pics, it looks like yet another typical "Nintendo" title. Child-like graphics, head-to-head battle, 50,000 different power-ups and weapons, etc...
Gee...where have I seen this before. Oh yeah...EVERY OTHER Nintendo title.

This, my friends, is why I hate Nintendo. Cheesy game, cheesy graphics, it's just awful. The only good game EVER from Nintendo is the Legend of Zelda. At least those didn't have freaking gay kiddie graphics.
And Tenacious D's Master Exploder?? In that game??

If anything, that'd be the only perk to this game.

It honestly doesn't really matter if they make it or not lol. More than half the games even made exclusively for the Wii are this way.

You can't really hate a company because it has found an obscenely powerful niche in the market =/
Older gamers will buy the wii because it's inexpensive and the first party titles are some of the best ever created. Younger kids will get the console for birthdays/christmas along with games aimed for younger children. Their physical aspect attracts the ignorant parents who don't actually realize that it's not physically oriented unless you go apeshit while playing.
I really don't think they care... it IS a business, and the purpose of a business is to make a profit. As far as they're concerned, they're doing perfectly fine. |

Heh, you obviously never played Wind Walker.
No need for all the hate on the Wii, it's a different breed than the next gen consoles. It doesn't purport to be capable of competing graphically, and yes, its games are generally geared towards a younger audience. You can't say that it sucks because the 360 and PS3 are better, it doesn't try to compete with them from a tech standpoint.
And Smash / Mario Kart are still freaking amazing
