2 - NN
2 - 5th G
3 - NN
2 - NN _________________

I'm sorry, but if you could please help a newbie to this sort of score optimizing thing: what is "NN"? _________________

Got the optimal path now:
2 - 2nd G (1190)
2 - NN (1100)
3 - NN (1649)
2 - NN (1125)
+__________
5064 * 4 = 20,256
20,256 + 77,192 = 92,228 _________________

Wait... 20,256 + 77,192 = 97,448.
Unless there's some unwritten math related to this that I don't know of (apologies if this sounds sarcastic. I'm not at all). Is the 5,220 difference from points lost to pre-x4 playing?
Edit-y goodness: thank you for answering my question, theleadguitarist. I'm not sure why I didn't think of that myself, but whatever. _________________

I squeezed out 96,816 on the Wii with this:
2 - 2nd yellow (should have a score of 22,056 after collecting the next set of star power notes)
2 - 1st yellow
3 - NN (green note immediately after the last star power note)
2 - NN
Star power activation for the 2nd and 3rd time is crucial. Activate it as close as possible for the upcoming note. |
